2- AMPK localiza principalmente acrosoma pieza intermedia flagelo. 3- ruta senalizacion esta regulada calcio, cAMP, A (PKA), C (PKC) proteinas quinasas ? y/o CAMKK. 4- involucrada movilidad espermatozoide. 5- desempena importante membranas 6- implicada potencial membrana mitocondrial. 7- repuesta a determinados tipos estres celular. EnglishSpermatozoon is very specialized germ cell that undergoes characteristic functional processes prior accomplishing its essential function: fertilization of the oocyte. These depend on energy charge this and are also controlled by biochemical mechanisms, such as protein phosphorylation. AMP-activated kinase detects state upon activation regulates metabolism. Results Thesis allow us to establish following conclusions: expressed in boar spermatozoa active under physiological conditions. mainly localized acrosome middle piece flagellum. Intracellular mechanisms leading phosphorylation involved calcium well signalling pathways (PKC), and/or CaMKK. Kinase regulation motility spermatozoa. 5-AMPK plays relevant function membranes. control mitochondrial membrane potential spermatozoa.7- becomes activated response several stresses.
