Managing the work-family interface: some Irish evidence

摘要: This article describes the results of a study that used Career- Family Attitudes Measure (CFAM) in order to explore attitudes towards management careerfamily interface sample 413 final year Irish undergraduate degree students. The purpose this was attitudes, beliefs and values potential entrants workforce understand their intentions relation balancing competing life domains. indicated students strong interest pursuing both careers family life. Some revealed quite stereotypical toward work issues these were more prevalent among males than females. At same time, they believed decisions concerning should be made an environment characterized by equality. also provided new insights into CFAM ways which it might developed further.
