摘要: A reciprocal interaction between the hypothalamo-pituitary-thyroid axis and adipose tissue is required for proper homeostasis of energy balance. In this chapter, mechanisms by which two systems regulate each other effects thyroid dysfunctions on body weight will be discussed.
