摘要: Antimicrobial-resistant bacteria in dogs can be transmitted to humans and close contact between people might foster dissemination of resistance determinants. The aim our study was describe the antimicrobial (AMR) pattern major causative agents canine otitis - one most common diseases isolated France. Data collected 2012 2016 by French national surveillance network for AMR, referred as RESAPATH, were analysed. Resistance trends investigated using non-linear analysis (generalised additive models). A total 7021 antibiograms four France coagulase-positive staphylococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis streptococci. Since 2013, fluoroquinolones has been on decrease both P. aeruginosa Staphylococcus pseudintermedius isolates. For 19.4% isolates resistant enrofloxacin gentamicin. levels multidrug (acquired at least antibiotic three or more classes) ranged 11.9% 16.0% S. pseudintermedius. These results are essential guide prudent use antibiotics veterinary medicine. They will also help designing efficient control strategies measuring their effectiveness.
