摘要: Objective: Gated myocardial perfusion single-photon emission computed tomography (GSPECT) has been established as an accurate and reproducible diagnostic prognostic technique for the assessment of function. Respiratory motion is among major factors that may affect quality imaging (MPI) consequently accuracy examination. In this study, we have proposed a new approach tracking respiratory correction unwanted by use respiratory-cardiac gated-SPECT (RC-GSPECT). addition, evaluated RC-GSPECT quantitative visual Materials Methods: Twenty-six patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease (CAD)-underwent two-day stress rest 99m Tc-Tetrofosmin scintigraphy using both conventional GSPECT methods. The signals were induced CT real-time position management (RPM) gating interface. A PIO-D144 card, which transistor-transistor logic (TTL) compatible, was used input interface simultaneous detection ECG respiration signals. Results: total 26 CAD examined in study. Stress vertical direction 8.8-16.6 mm (mean, 12.4 ± 2.9 mm) 7.8-11.8 9.5 1.6 mm), respectively. percentages tracer intensity inferior, inferoseptal septal walls well inferior to lateral (I/L) uptake ratio significantly higher compared (p < 0.01). left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) correlation analysis between echocardiography, better noted echocardiography (y = 0.9654x + 1.6514; r 0.93, p 0.001 versus y 0.8046x 5.1704; 0.89, 0.001). Nineteen (19/26) (73.1%) showed abnormal scans reversible regional defects; 19 patients, 14 (14/26) underwent angiography. Conclusion: can be successfully corrected simultaneously ECG-gated SPECT MPI studies technique. Moreover, improved image quality, especially regions are mostly affected diaphragmatic attenuation. However, effect depends mainly on patient pattern clinically relevant certain cases.
