摘要: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects exercise on pain, self-efficacy, activities daily living for postoperative lumbar spinal surgery. Method: used a nonequivalent control group pre- and post-test design in quasi-experimental research. data were collected from April, 2010 July, 2011. subjects 40 spine surgery patients who had been hospitalized neurosurgery G university hospital, 20 assigned experimental group. Exercise reformed be adapted basis William’s flexion HIVD developed by Kim(1995) practiced three times day 3 weeks. analysed with Χ²-test, t- test, Repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS program. Result: There significant decrease pain group, but there no increase self-efficacy between groups. Conclusion: Muscle strengthening after effective improvement pain. Postoperative muscle may useful intervention reduce
