摘要: Aging is associated with a marked increase in sleep complaints, and one factor causing disruption waking to void (nocturia). Urological surveys have found that few young adults report nocturia symptoms, but about half of those their 60's nearly 80% older age groups are affected. Sleep major cause disruption, majority citing the need as awakening. While much urological literature implies causes age-related changes depth continuity may make it more likely an adult will wake response filling bladder, or for another reason then decide void. There also evidence amplitude circadian rhythms contribute nocturia. well-described rhythm urine output, rhythmicity some diuretic anti-diuretic hormones. In this article, we describe how nocturia, turn leads disruption. Better understanding impact lead improved treatments better quality life adults.
