摘要: We have studied the effects of intrathecal morphine on responses 38 dorsal horn neurones in intact rat under halothane anaesthesia to A and C fibre electrical stimulation natural stimuli applied their receptive fields. Morphine selectively reduced pinch evoked activity a dose-dependent naloxone-reversible manner with an ED50 7 nmoles. The ‘wind-up’ repetitive was little altered except highest doses (50–150 nmoles) tested. By contrast, were only slightly by both tactile field size innocuous enhanced for certain cells. results are discussed relation spinal actions opiates clinical applications.
