摘要: Studies on the synthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) mainly focus enriched cultures phosphorus‐accumulating (PAO) or glycogen‐accumulating organisms (GAO) with acetate propionate as sole carbon source. However, PHA production a mixture and by GAO has not been reported. It is well known that physical mechanical properties can be improved incorporating 3‐hydroxyvalerate (3HV) into polymer. To synthesize high 3HV percentage, five laboratory‐scale sequencing batch reactors were operated using different ratios (P/A) sources in this study.
