摘要: AbstractThe takin (Budorcas taxicolor) is an Endangered ungulate. We analyzed the variation within mtDNA control region sequences of populations in Qinling Mountains, Minshan Mountains and confluence these two mountain ranges. did not find any shared haplotypes among populations. observed apparent length three populations, independent population expansions late Pleistocene, which suggests may have evolutionary histories. found only one haplotype, lowest measures genetic diversity (h = 0; π = 0) from confluent zone, zone grown small founder gene flow with other has ceased.
