摘要: Data on kinetics, morphology and mechanisms of crystal growth from the melt, based authors’ experimental investigations a vast variety substances, are presented related to value melting entropy. Experimental evidence has been obtained in favor rough interface models growth. Distinctive features such phenomena as evolution shapes with supercooling stability shapes, capture impurities their influence have stated for low- high-entropy substances.
