摘要: Abstract The determination of the crystal structure phosphorylase b in presence IMP at 6 A resolution is described. based on two heavy-atom isomorphous derivatives and their anomalous contributions. molecular boundary clearly distinguishable electron density map, except region subunit-subunit contact about crystallographic dyad axis, which symmetry axis dimer. dimer molecule roughly ellipsoidal shape with dimensions 63 × 116 A. There a pronounced cavity enzyme surface but it not yet known if this substrate binding site.
