摘要: Bismuth ion in four layered strontium bismuth titanate (SBT), a compound of Aurivillius family, is partially replaced with La 3 + the place Bi to synthesize SrBi ( 4 - x ) Ti O 1 5 , = 0.25, 0.50, 0.75. The ceramic powders were prepared using chemical route. temperature dependence dielectric and impedance properties was studied over wide frequency range. showed interesting changes transition temperatures. These are correlated distortion that sets samples due incorporation lanthanum. octahedra square pyramidal lattice perovskite layers ABO calculated from parameters. Dielectric temperatures displacement A-site ions respect octahedral center.
