摘要: The majority of theoretical development and the testing principles relating to influence spatial variation on processes in social-ecological systems has been either paper or silico (which is say, through analytical mathematics and/or use computer-based models). This chapter provides a counterpoint mathematical model-oriented approaches by discussing rigorous empirical studies effects ecosystems. Its primary goal offer an overview body work ecology that uses different forms experimentation test ideas about relevance space for resilience (as discussed previous four chapters). It also offers introduction set concepts provide important background Chapter 9.
