摘要: A total of 678 women were interviewed about psychological reactions and sexual adjustment after abdominal hysterectomy with without simultaneous oophorectomy. The response rate was high complete questionnaires returned by 86% the women. more positive attitude towards operation found in group where ovaries had been preserved. Women who undergone oophorectomy experienced a deteriorated life compared to preserved ovaries.
