摘要: Abstract A simple procedure for the determination of piromidic acid by square wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry (SW-AdSV) at a hanging mercury drop electrode has been developed. The variables affecting to accumulation process such as concentration perchloric acid, potential and time have optimised (0.025 mol L−1, −0.25 V 140 s, respectively) using response surface methodology. linear relationship between peak intensity found in range 2.22×10−9 3.33×10−8 L−1. detection limit (1.65×10−9 L−1) calculated method proposed Clayton et al. so that protection against both false positive negative errors is assured. was successfully applied determine spiked urine samples. obtained recovery values were 97.3–103.3% different levels acid.
