摘要: There are many advantages to invasive endoscopic treatment compared with conventional surgery. In treating diseases, retaining organs, there is minimal trauma for the patient. Hospitalization of patients dramatically reduced, average hospital stay being less than 24 h. The spectrum indications continually broadening. Some examples cholecystectomy, hysterectomy, or laparoscopically guided as well preparation retroperitoneal lymph nodes. These procedures established methods and proof what DeCherney foresaw in 1985: that laparoscopic surgery would replace reconstructive pelvic [9].
