摘要: Abstract Purpura Fulminans is a severe disorder of acute onset with high morbidity and mortality. fulminans (PF) hematological emergency in which there skin necrosis disseminated intravascular coagulation. This may progress rapidly to multi-organ failure caused by thrombotic occlusion small medium-sized blood vessels. PF complicate sepsis. It most often occurs sudden appearance symmetrical, tender, ecchymotic lesions usually involving the lower extremities. Early recognition early therapy appropriate antibiotics heparin known limit both article reports case presented DIC after hemorrhagic shock postpartum hemorrhage.
