摘要: The following report deals with empirical investigations in the field of ability grouping German school system. authors focussed on mathematical education pupils, ten to eleven years old. study has two parts: First an analysis development mathematics children who were grouped form a flexible setting system three different levels. main results this part are observed deterioration slow learners and dependence learning upon content(computation, geometry etc). other is concerned curriculum material for remedial teaching. pupils began their studies each topic together without any selection. After about eight lessons they wrote diagnostic test. Those successful learn further subjects, repeated same topic. At least one groups worked adapted programmed texts.
