摘要: BACKGROUND Previous studies have demonstrated that the use of gait analysis (GA) modifies decision making and changes planned surgical treatment, confirming some clinical indications or defining alternative choices, excluding delaying already surgery in children with cerebral palsy (CP). AIM To assess difference functional problems treatment relevance using assessment CP children. DESIGN The study has been designed for assessing rate agreement on muscle-skeletal diagnosis, recommendations diplegic patients, when decided by two different blinded clinicians based a) assessment, b) GA addition to assessment. POPULATION Twenty-five who evaluated before at a follow up least 6 months. Methods. Two separate lists consequent interventions were outlined all patients experts from sets nominal-scale ratings groups statistically agreement. RESULTS A fair slight was found respectively between plans. Main differences identified relative presence generalized spasticity bony deformities as detected means instead local soft tissues spasticity/retraction clinically identified. As consequence, GA, indicated only 65% patients. CONCLUSION availability laboratory helps diagnostic reasoning surgery. Low appears be result approach surgeons. CLINICAL REHABILITATION IMPACT motor provides basis an objective outcome. Further efforts are required build body knowledge about consensus identification walking
