摘要: The importance of intracellular glutathione (GSH) in the pathology disease, particularly cancer, has long been appreciated. However ubiquitous nature GSH made it difficult to ascribe a specific molecular mechanism disease fulfillment. In addition, all but few cases, underlying genetic regulation cellular redox state disrupted not well described. Early identification detoxification reactions now led investigating potential that chemistry on signal transduction and physiology. Here new relationships between apoptotic regulatory protein BCL-2 will be described with emphasis mechanisms by which can alter physiology addition its role detoxification.
