Predictors of older adults' capacity for medication management in a self-medication program: a retrospective chart review.

摘要: Objectives: The aim of this project was to identify variables that predicted older adults’ ability manage medications. Methods: study used a retrospective cohort design and set in self-medication program within rehabilitation hospital. A random sample charts from 301 participants the reviewed.
