摘要: IN the past few years dissociation of insulin in acid and neutral solution has been extensively studied. Although most this work pointed towards a minimum molecular weight 12,000 from osmotic pressures1, sedimentation2,3 light scattering4 measurements, we raised possibility value 6,000 as lower limit, extrapolation sedimentation diffusion data5. This confirmed by surface monolayer studies6 Craig Harfenist's method7. Further, chemical analysis does not preclude it8.
