摘要: Ethical dilemmas arise when individuals have to make decisions in the context of competing values and beliefs. Some these will occur on dimensions what an individual believes be fundamentally right or wrong, while others more nuanced depending on, for example, relative strength salience beliefs involved, perceived costs acting expressing their ethical concerns, degree acceptance organization conflict legitimacy expression dissenting views. The workforce is getting older and, by all accounts, work ethic expectations across generations are quite different. Such differences provide a potentially fertile ground conflicts arising from these.
