摘要: Purpose – This paper seeks to summarize the results of a study assessing status United Arab Emirates (UAE) female entrepreneurs and attempts sketch pattern UAE entrepreneur. It aims draw profile typical women their characteristics, outline makeup entrepreneurial businesses, identify some barriers that face at startup stage, in addition motivations driving forces, satisfactions frustrations.Design/methodology/approach An interview‐based qualitative method was used. Structured interviews were conducted with 16 over two‐month period.
