摘要: A gadolinium-doped ceria powder was produced by electrolysis of an aqueous solution containing Ce3+ and Gd3+ ions using direct alternating current at 4–10 V applied voltage between two platinum wire electrodes (anode cathode). The powders were identified as a solid X-ray diffraction chemical analysis. Large porous particles 60–70 μm in size under field for 15 min. On the other hand, nanoparticles 40–250 nm 6–12 h below 20 Hz frequency. No formed high frequency range from 100 to 1 MHz. nucleation growth rates depended on time applied. Gd2O3/CeO2 ratio with lower than that starting solution.
