摘要: AbstractConclusions: Surgery is an effective treatment in severe cases of supraglottic exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction (E-ILO). Conservatively treated subjects and tested negative for E-ILO, who still experience breathing problems 1–3 years after diagnosis, tend to adjust their physical activity a greater extent than surgically subjects. Objective: To investigate how symptoms level change over time patients with E-ILO have undergone surgery, conservatively at continuous laryngoscopy exercise-test (CLE-test). Methods: Patients referred difficulties answered questionnaires diagnostic CLE-test follow-up. Questions regarded problems, current level, medical history asthma perennial allergy.
