摘要: Abstract Aim of the study SuHeXiang Wan (SHXW) is a Chinese traditional medicinal prescription that consists 15 crude herbs. SHXW has been used to treat central nervous depression, seizures, infantile convulsion and stroke, its essential oil shown have anticonvulsant antioxidative activity. The goal this was investigate beneficial effects on neurological phenotypes Drosophila AD models. Materials methods We evaluated modified (called KSOP1009) intake AD-like models, which express human Aβ42 in their developing eyes or neurons. Results When flies were kept media containing 5 μg/ml KSOP1009 extract, Aβ42-induced eye degeneration, apoptosis, locomotive dysfunctions strongly suppressed. However, fibril deposits overexpressing model not affected by treatment with extract. Conversely, extract significantly suppressed constitutive active form hemipterous, JNK activator, while it induced degeneration activation, recognized as an important mediator Aβ42-associated neuro-cytotoxicity. Conclusions In conclusion, results suggest confers therapeutic potential pathology via suppression hyperactivation activity apoptosis.
