摘要: Abstract : This project is investigating the potential that environmental chemicals may be involved in etiology of breast cancer. We hypothesize specific features can identified are significantly associated with female and carcinogens these related to mechanisms chemical carcinogenesis. Our overall scientific objective investigate hypothesized relationship between chemicals, xenoestrogens, development With success rat mouse mammary carcinogen models we have submitted one (accepting pending revisions) preparing another publication. also pursuing work on a novel SAR approach allowing us ask question "why do some cause cancer breast?" which different than posed historical studies as cancer?".. Two graduate students been awarded MS degrees from LSU based this project, whom was funded through project. successfully used data protocols generated compete for additional funding effectively extending studying cancer" "how new highly chemotherapies discovered". Looking forward, I see no obstacles successful completion timely manner.
