摘要: The interfacial segregation of sulphur and carbon during the oxidation in 1 torr O2 at 1173 K Fe-20Cr alloy, which was either free Ce, alloyed with 0.078 wt.% or sputter-coated a 4 nm-thick CeO2 layer, studied using polyatomic SIMS.
