摘要: The purpose of this single-center study was to evaluate the results endoscopic carpal tunnel release (ECTR) by using dual portal Chow technique in a large series patients. A total 2,675 procedures 1,886 patients were performed during 13-year period. Follow-up evaluation 2,402 (90%) cases or 1,698 success rate 95% and recurrence 0.5%. 106 (4.5%) considered failures had unsatisfactory results. overall complication 1.1% but no serious complications occurred series. return-to-work status followed-up 1,156 patients; 90% non-worker's compensation 60% worker's returned work within 4 weeks. This suggests that ECTR for syndrome (CTR) is reliable procedure with high rate. Based on our 13 years experience, we believe safe iatrogenic can be avoided meticulous surgical technique.
