摘要: Aims Cognitive impairment, such as dementia, has emerged the leading public health problem among elderly. Therefore, early detection of disorder and providing appropriate healthcare management is important, particularly, for patients with comorbid diabetes who require long-term treatment strategies. In Thailand, because a large number elderly diabetes, time constraints in primary care settings, short effective cognitive screening test required.
