摘要: BACKGROUND Information about the chemical profile of soybean seed is valuable for breeding programs aimed at obtaining value-added products to meet demands niche markets. The objective this study was determine composition non-transgenic genotypes with specialty characters in different environments Argentina. RESULTS Protein and oil contents ranged from 396 424 g kg−1 210 226 g kg−1, respectively. Oleic linolenic acid ratio, general indicator quality, varied 2.7 3.8. contained high levels total tocopherols (1429–1558 mg kg−1) meal exhibited isoflavones (2.91–4.62 mg g−1). biplot showed that oleic, linoleic acids, γ-, δ- tocopherols, genistin, malonyl daidzin acetyl glycitin allowed greatest discrimination among studied. CONCLUSION Different profiles each genotype analyzed were established and, therefore, their identity defined. These results are important breeders who intend obtain new improved as well processors exporters, could use them directly raw material soyfood processing nutraceutical purposes. © 2013 Society Chemical Industry
