摘要: This chapter reviews the memcapacitor, mathematical representations of time-invariant, physical realizations, and models. Moreover, nonlinear boundary effect memcapacitor under step, sinusoidal, general periodic excitation responses are discussed with analytical, numerical, circuit simulations for different examples. The analyses series parallel connections memcapacitors introduced many examples simulations. Finally a charge-controlled, memristor-less is validated through cases.
