摘要: One hundred and sixteen patients with advanced metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas were randomized to treatment combined Streptozotocin 5-fluorouracil or cyclophosphamide. Toxic reactions each regimen qualitatively similar consisted nausea vomiting during time subsequent leukopenia thrombocytopenia. Renal toxicity was less frequent only rarely severe. Among 51 eligible evaluable treated Streptozotocin-cyclophosphamide combination, 12% showed objective response among 42 + 5-fluorouracil, response. The 5-fluorouracil-treated a slight advantage in survival. Neither can be considered substantive value patient pancreatic carcinoma. Cancer 40:605–608, 1977.
