摘要: The elucidation of the antigenic structures human ceruloplasmin, fibrinogen, plasminogen, IgG, α1-lipoproteins, β1C/A-, and β1E-globulins and–in continuation earlier experiments–also β-lipoproteins prealbumin by use cross-reactions between animal plasmas is reported. experiments were done employing Ouchterlony's double diffusion technique in micro-modification. Absorption controls confirmed these results. The numbers determinants with different specificities detected this way are: for ceruloplasmin: 3; fibrinogen: plasminogen: 4; IgG (γ-chain only): α-lipoproteins: 2; β1C/A- βE-globulins: 2 each. Relations total number (including also detectable other methods only) chemical structure, especially amino acid residues, are discussed greater detail. applicability technical approach to problems molecular immunology described.
