摘要: Evidence indicating the natural occurrence of auxins, indole-3-acetic acid and phenylacetic acid, in a range higher plants has been obtained from bioassay examination gas chromatographic analysis acidic ether fractions vegetative shoots these plants. Quantitative estimation relative amounts each auxin different was also achieved by chromatography. As part comprehensive study to examine changes growth-regulating substances plant organs during their growth development, identification quantitative auxins present developing tobacco leaves have determined The results demonstrate that expanding there is close correlation between endogenous levels several subsequent rate this organ.
