摘要: A comparison of the germination rate a Macaronesian endemic plant (Rubia fruticosa) between two xeric badland areas easternmost islands Canaries (Lanzarote and Fuerteventura) is presented. similar was observed both seed control plants from populations Lanzarote Fuerteventura in years. However, some asynchronies were when native frugivores participated this dispersal system; seeds germinated earlier than they consumed by lizards birds. Although pattern did not present between-year consistency, more stressed even climatic differences are so great. This asynchrony, caused frugivorous dispersers (lizards birds), important geographical zones where rain unpredictable it increases probability that seedlings can recruit successfully for longer period.
