摘要: The present invention relates to stably co-transfected eukaryotic cell lines capable of expressing a recombinant GABAA receptor, particularly human which comprises at least one alpha, beta and gamma subunit; the use line and/or membrane preparation in selecting compounds designing medicaments interact with respective receptor.
