摘要: The rate of progress in human neurosciences is limited by the inability to easily apply a wide range analysis methods plethora different datasets acquired labs around world. In this work, we introduce framework for creating, testing, versioning and archiving portable applications analyzing neuroimaging data organized described compliance with Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS). portability these (BIDS Apps) achieved using container technologies that encapsulate all binary other dependencies one convenient package. BIDS Apps run on three major operating systems no need complex setup configuration thanks comprehensiveness standard they require little manual user input. Previous containerized processing solutions were single environments not compatible most multi-tenant High Performance Computing systems. overcome limitation taking advantage Singularity technology. As proof concept, work accompanied 22 ready use Apps, packaging diverse set commonly used algorithms.
