摘要: A controlled-release, drug-delivery composition which comprises (A) a crosslinked copolymer, capable of swelling in ethanol to give swollen copolymer containing at least 40% by weight ethanol, and water no more than 20% water, where the ratio (% ethanol: % water) is 2:1 22:1, copolymerization product (a) 50 99% said water-insoluble monoolefinic monomer or with 0 45% total monomers water-soluble monomer, (b) 1% weight, but not 20 mol divinyl polyvinyl crosslinking agent; (B) an effective amount pharmaceutical medicament useful for controlled prolonged release drugs when taken orally.
