摘要: A digitally tuned microwave microstrip oscillator is disclosed. The includes a resonant section of stripline having Gunn diode connected between the and ground plane at low impedance point one or more tuning capacitors via p-i-n diodes high voltage portion resonator plane. Means are provided for selectively biasing to conductive state switching across in discrete frequency steps according switched condition diodes.
