摘要: A method and system for transferring user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication are disclosed. According to the method, source core (CN) network determines transfer UE that it serves sends instruction carrying restriction information UE; an access receives request is sent by according carried instruction; selects target CN entity different from transferred entity. The provided present invention applicable between entities any network. initiated side entity, more preferable selected provide better service.
