摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an extremely thin light-diffusing element having strong light diffusing property and suppressed back scattering, at low cost high productivity.SOLUTION: This elements includes steps of: mixing matrix-forming material that contains resin-component monomer ultrafine particulate component, fine particles, solvent dissolving the monomer; polymerizing monomer. The zeta potential of particles in solution obtained by has same sign as component solvent.
