摘要: We model generation of vortex modes in exciton-polariton condensates semiconductor micropillars, arranged into a hexagonal ring molecule, the presence TE-TM splitting. This splitting lifts degeneracy azimuthally modulated with opposite topological charges supported by this structure, so that number non-degenerate states characterized different combinations two polarization components appears. present full bifurcation picture for such and show because they have energies, can be selectively excited coherent pump beams specific frequencies spatial configurations. At high pumping intensity, polariton-polariton interactions give rise to coupling resonances bistable regime is achieved.
