摘要: This invention relates to a transmission link property self-adapting method in mobile communication, which comprises the following steps: a) measuring time delay: wireless network controller will measure transfer delay of Iub interface through node lock-in process; b) dividing several grades, storing divided result data base controller; c) select allocating parameter layer and from base; d) call matching: when calling, corresponding according grade, completing allocation link.
