摘要: Injuries to the hip are commonly encountered by orthopedic surgeons and will, for most part, respond well conservative therapy. When a patient's pain has not responded appropriate treatment radiographic measurements have shown any specific pathology, arthroscopy of can be valuable diagnostic therapeutic procedure. We retrospectively reviewed 94 consecutive patients who experienced refractory that persisted longer than 6 months (average: 2.1 years) had an average follow up 2.5 years. Statistical analysis was performed using Fisher's Exact Test (P value) Pearson (r correlation coefficient compare preoperative symptomatology physical examination findings with intraoperative pathology. Statistically significant results were obtained when comparing symptoms painful click mechanical locking acetabular labral injuries = .000, r .896) loose bodies .896), respectively. Radiologic studies nondiagnostic in 76% this series. Hip viable procedure diagnosis protracted or progressive lasting more months.
