摘要: This invention relates to humaneered anti-factor B antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof with reduced immunogenicity. The antigen- binding are derived from murine monoclonal antibody 1379, which binds factor in the third short consensus repeat ('SCR') domain selectively inhibits activation of alternative complement pathway by preventing formation C3bBb complex. also methods treating diseases or disorders plays a role, inhibiting an individual need thereof.
