摘要: Disclosed is a dispenser useful for dispensing first liquid and retrieving second comprising conduit having an orifice the liquid, in direction countercurrent to liquid. Also disclosed are methods using of invention placing communication with compartment compartment, liquid; transferring through into compartment; situated conduit. The also relates use fueling process.
