摘要: The present invention provides a method and system for generating phase-modulated wave front. According to the invention, spatial phase-modulation is not performed on different parts of front individually as in known POSLMs. Rather, by an amplitude modulation front, Fourier or Fresnel transforming modulated filtering components distribution with filter such phase contrast filter, regenerating whereby initial has transformed into phase-modulation.
